When the leaves are falling down… Tips on your fall themed wedding

There are so many reasons to love autumn: The beautiful leaves… Hot Chocolate… Pumpkins… and of course… Fall weddings. Since the Fall is in full swing, it is an appropriate time for me to share some fall themed wedding ideas. If you are getting married some time in the future fall, consider using some of the elements or ideas below.

This is one of the bouquet we made last Fall. Calla Lily is one of the most popular flower in weddings. It comes with this burnt orange color and that’s the perfect color of the Fall. Fillers and greens are also very important. I always love using the orange wax flower in calla lily bouquet.

The above picture is one of our wedding ceremony arrangements for a fall themed wedding. Using orange is always the key because it is the perfect color for autumn. For this outdoor wedding, I added some greens and deep purples in it since it would lighten up the arrangements in an outdoor atmosphere.

We can also incorporate some crimson or burgundy colors (dark red tone) into your arrangement if you want to have different tones.

Flowers such as rose, ranunculus, calla lily, lily might be the good options for you.

Sometimes, using decor like pumpkins can even make it more festive. You can decorate pumpkins with different elements – search on youtube or google and I am sure you will find a lot of inspirations. Some people would even use pumpkin itself as a vase!
